Big is the smallest and most innovative cash register
of all!
Big is truly “Big” inasmuch as it uses a PC processor
and ARM technology which enables it to guarantee not
only ultra-high performance but, even more important,
to be up to date with the new operating and transmission
specifications.
BIG is accompanied by a wide range of programming
tools which, thanks to the USB port, make the product
extremely quick and easy to configure.
It is compatible with all of the latest generation PCs,
thanks to the USB standard which makes it “visible”
like a simple pen-drive.
Big has an internal data-base created with the SQL
standard; this technology permits quick access to the
data-base of the 50,000 PLUs with barcode provided
by the machine as standard.
Big prints on thermal paper with a width of 57mm at
a speed of 100mm/sec and it is equipped with the
patented “EasyLoad” paper roll change mechanism.
Big is equipped with a 2-line/20-character customer
and operator display, keyboard with 42 programmable
keys and electronic journal.
BIG is supplied with service software such as the
CePOSXG for remote programming, the Database
Browser for targeted analyses of the data stored in the
electronic journal and the new Keyboard Configurator
for programming of the keyboard from PC. All these
functionalities are stored in a self-installing package
called the Fiscal Suite, remotely updatable via the
Internet.
